Prototype Landings

3D printed rPLA, laser cut MDF, 3D printer machine parts, studio debris, found objects

2025

Eagle Works Gallery, Wolverhampton | August 22 - 26 2025

“You may find yourself in another part of the world” - Talking Heads, 1980.

Nothing is completed.
Objects lean, rest, and spill across the floor.
Resisting fixture - still becoming.

Wires. Foam. Laser-cut skeletons. MDF bones. Pencil lines. 3D printed skins. Glass nails - the echoing of Tatlin’s Tower, Buckminster Fuller’s domes and the Birmingham City Arcades.  Unofficial histories, borrowed architectures and local myths are unfolding here.

This exhibition is a prototype — provisional, speculative — a space for rethinking how past stories can shift when they’re (re)told through altered materials and unstable references.
